Purchasing Photographs (Prints or Digital Downloads)

Ian Warner Photography Limited owns the Copyright to all photographs on www.ianwarnerphotography.com When you purchase an image in any form from Ian Warner Photography Limited you are purchasing the image. You are not purchasing the copyright.

Photographs/Digital Downloads purchased are for private use only.

You do not have permission to copy or change the photograph.

You do not have permission to resell or use in any commercial way.

You do not have permission to supply any media (eg. press) with any Image purchased from Ian Warner Photography Limited / www.ianwarnerphotography.com

Copying/Usage

No images on this web site may be copied, reproduced, transmitted or stored in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of Ian Warner Photography Limited.

This includes social media websites such as facebook (Only non watermarked images may be used on social media or other websites)

No Images may be changed, resized or used in any way without the written consent of Ian Warner Photography Limited

No image may be used for commercial purposes without the written consent of Ian Warner Photography Limited

Copying images may result in an invoice being raised and follow up with a small claims court action

Returns Policy

Image Prints - If for any reason you are not happy with Photographs supplied I will refund all monies but only after I recieve the picture from you. I strongly suggest returning any picture as a recorded item. I can not refund pictures lost in the post. If the picture is damaged I will replace and not refund.

Digital Downloads - I am unable to refund Digital Download Sales.

Note: All pictures supplied as downloads are higher resolution copies of the pictures you see on the website.

Problems

If for any reasons you require a photograph removing from this website then please get in touch via 07909 923172 as soon as possible.

Send me your email address and contact details so I can get in touch with you, please include a reason for having the picture removed and the picture details such as gallery name, date and filename.

I will remove any photo on request as soon as possible (usually within 24hrs)

I will not delete whole galleries as these have been pre-agreed to be hosted online.

Privacy Policy

www.ianwarnerphotography.com will not share any information provided as part of your account or sale process to a 3rd party apart from the payment processing via Stripe and any online print companies if you are ordering hard copy prints.
